A Easter Egg in simple terms is an inside joke, or a hidden feature that you need to know how to unlock. We managed to find one when researching Zoho Support. Speaking with the Zoho employee, it was a small bit of fun to see if internet copy was being read. We obviously passed the test!
If you look at the bottom of the second paragraph about Instant Messaging within Zoho Support you will see “KTHXBYE” – what does it mean? For those not into text speak, it means “Ok, Thanks”.
