CRM View For Activities

The CRM View for Activities in Zoho CRM is available for the tasks, events and calls in the Activities module. A clear view of the type of tasks and the priority would give sales individuals a helping hand in managing time and concentrating on what is most important. The view is divided into four categories.

 

Customers – Lists the tasks/events/calls associated to the customers (potentials that are won and closed).

 

Open Potentials – Lists the tasks/events/calls associated to the potentials in pipeline.

 

Leads/Contacts – Lists the tasks/events/calls associated to the Leads/Contacts.

 

Others – Lists the tasks/events/calls associated to the records other than won potentials, potentials in pipeline, leads and contacts.This list includes activities that are created for the custom module’s records too.

Age In Days as a Criteria

In criteria (Views, Reports Workflows, etc.), for any Date /Date Time fields “Age in days” is available to search (=, !=, ., >=, <, <=).

Export limits for reports

Export limit for the reports has been increased from 2,000 to 20,000 records. If a user has 100,000 records in a report and if he clicks on export, he will get the first 20,000 records. Next export in the same report should be done in the 11th page of the report where the user will get only 2,000 records. Hence the user will have to export 2,000 records in the 11th, 12th, 13th pages and each page of the report so on. Also, the user can export 20,000 records only 5 times a day. This cannot be in the same report and is applicable only for 5 different reports. 6th export will give only 2,000 records.
