Zoho CRM has a simple three step process to track and analyse ROI of a marketing Campaign:

 

  1. Create a Campaign within Zoho CRM. Assign Costs and Expected Revenues.
  2. Add Leads to the Campaign. Either by importing Leads or by assigning existing Leads within Zoho CRM to a particular Campaign.
  3. Report. Use Zoho CRM to identify how many Leads were created by a specific Campaign or which Leads were created by a Campaign. Use Zoho CRM to generate a report of Campaigns by Revenue – how many Potentials were created, what stage they are at and the value associated with the particular Potentials.
