When you think of an innovative software product company, Chennai-based Zoho comes on top of your mind among. It mainly competes with Salesforce in the customer relationship management space on the Cloud platform and with Microsoft to provide a complete range of office suite.
“We believe we can beat Salesforce as we have technological advantage.We can beat them in the next three to four years in terms of customer base and market share. They are bigger, but business model is different. Our traffic is growing much faster.” says Sridhar.
