When we do training with a Zoho CRM User we get asked “How to add my tasks to Zoho CRM Dashboard”. We have created a short presentation that explains the way to achieve this task.
Task management within Zoho CRM is one of the key features. We try and encourage Users of Zoho CRM to open Zoho CRM before accessing their email. Why? Very simply people are used to prioritising based on email, however a Task may have a higher priority. By reviewing your Zoho CRM Task list before email you can formulate a plan of which emails needed to be actioned first against which task needs completing.
